What We Collect

When you install Rivulet, we store the following information associated with your Shopify store:

• Store URL — your myshopify.com domain, used to identify your account.
• Screenshots you upload — processed in memory to generate section code. We do not permanently store uploaded images.
• Generated section code — the Liquid/HTML/CSS output created for you, stored so you can revisit and iterate on it.
• Brand style settings — fonts, colors, and breakpoint values detected from or configured for your theme.
• Usage data — generation and iteration counts for billing enforcement.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Rivulet service:

• Screenshots are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for code generation. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models.
• Brand style settings are injected into generation prompts for accurate output.
• Generated code is stored in our database so you can view, iterate, and push it to your theme.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes screenshots and generates code. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Fly.io — hosts our application and database.
• Shopify — provides authentication, billing, and theme APIs.

Data Retention & Deletion

When you uninstall Rivulet, all data associated with your store (generations, settings, billing records) is automatically deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's app uninstall webhook.

You can request earlier deletion by contacting us at the email below.
